What we keep, and why

Your email and sign-in records, to run your account. Your purchases, to know what you own and honor the guarantee. Your lesson progress and checkpoint answers, so the course remembers where you are. Your practice-chat transcripts, so you can pick up where you left off; nobody grades them, and support only reads one if you tick a consent box on a ticket. A record of devices signed into your account, to keep account sharing honest. That’s the list.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t show ads inside the product. Your practice conversations are not used to train AI models by us; they are processed to generate replies, as described below. If we ever add advertising measurement to the marketing site, this page will say so first.

Who processes data for us

Running ForHer takes a few services, each seeing only what its job needs:

• Supabase: our database and sign-in (your account, progress, transcripts).
• Stripe: payments. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
• OpenRouter: routes your practice-chat messages to the AI model that answers them. Chat content is processed to generate the reply.
• Resend: sends our emails (sign-in links, receipts).
• Vercel: hosts the site.

Your controls

Email support@claudeforher.com to get a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything in it; a person handles both, usually within a few days. Refunds and the guarantee live in the terms.
