What you’re buying

A ForHer course is a one-time purchase of personal access to that course: its lessons, the lesson scripts and materials inside them, and the updates we make to it. Access is for you, on your devices, and doesn’t expire. It isn’t a license to redistribute the content or share the account.

What you need that we don’t sell

The courses teach Claude, which is made by Anthropic. The paid courses assume a Claude Pro subscription (about $20/month), bought from Anthropic, not from us. Claude’s own terms are Anthropic’s. ForHer is an independent course and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.

Practice happens in your own Claude

The lessons run inside your own Claude account, from scripts and instructions we provide. Those conversations happen between you and Anthropic under Claude’s terms and privacy policy; we never see them, and they are not part of what you buy from us. If we ever add a practice chat inside the course, these terms will say so first.

The help chat

Each lesson page has a help chat for questions about the course and about setting up Claude. It comes with a fixed allowance per account (about $10 of AI usage at our cost, for the life of your access). When it is used up, email support and a person takes over; the lessons are unaffected.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices are shown before checkout and don’t change after you buy.

Fair dealing, both ways

Don’t resell, scrape, or share the content or your account; we get to close accounts that do. We provide the course as it is, we keep it current in good faith, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we’ll say so on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
